Share your booking link
Give clients one link to request appointments. Every request waits for your approval.
On this page
Step 1: Copy and share your link
Your booking link opens a page with your services and open times. Share it anywhere clients already reach you.
- On Home, select Share booking link to copy it.
- Or go to Settings → Booking page and select Copy under Your link.
- Paste it in your Instagram bio, texts, website, or business cards.
- To change the end of your link, edit Booking URL in Booking page settings. Changing it breaks links you’ve already shared.
Step 2: Clients choose services
Clients start by picking one or more services. Each one shows its price and how long it takes.
- The client opens your link.
- They choose services under Choose services.
- Only services marked Bookable on your Services page appear.
Step 3: Clients pick a date and time
Clients only see times inside your availability that don’t overlap other appointments. That keeps you from being double-booked.
- Under Pick a date and time, the client chooses a date.
- They pick an open start time that fits the services they chose.
Step 4: Clients send their details
Clients enter their contact details and send the request. If the details match a client you already have, the request links to that profile instead of creating a duplicate.
- Under Your details, the client enters their first name, last name, email, and phone number.
- They can add Notes for special requests.
- They select Confirm booking and see that the request is awaiting your approval.
Step 5: Find new requests
A request isn’t on your calendar until you approve it. New requests show up on Home under Needs attention.
- Open Home.
- Select the booking requests card.
- Select Review next to the request you want to check.
Step 6: Approve or decline
Approving adds the appointment to your calendar and emails the client that it’s confirmed.
- Check the client, date, time, and services. An Overlap badge means it conflicts with another appointment.
- Select Approve appointment, or Decline if it doesn’t work.
