Step 1: Set your weekly hours

Weekly hours are the times clients can book, repeated every week. Days without hours stay closed, so school, work, and days off are protected.

  1. Open Calendar and select Availability. On a phone, it’s in the Calendar’s ⋮ menu.
  2. Under Weekly hours, select + Add hours next to a day you work.
  3. Set the start and end time. Add a second range for split shifts.
  4. Changes save automatically. When at least one day has hours, you’ll see Booking page live.

Step 2: Add date overrides

An override changes one date without touching your weekly hours. Use it for holidays, vacations, or a shorter day.

  1. Under Date overrides, pick a date.
  2. Select Mark closed to block the whole day.
  3. Or select Set custom hours, enter that day’s hours, and select Save.

Step 3: Check what clients see

Your booking page offers start times that fit inside your hours for the service a client picks. Times that overlap your other appointments are hidden.

  1. At the top of Availability, select Preview booking page.
  2. Choose a service and look at the open times for a few dates.
  3. If times look wrong, adjust your weekly hours, overrides, or the service’s duration.

Step 4: Approve booking requests

Clients send requests, not confirmed bookings. Each one waits for you to approve it.

  1. On Home, select the booking requests card under Needs attention.
  2. Select Review on a request.
  3. Select Approve appointment to add it to your calendar, or Decline.
