About StylesSync
Helping new beauty professionals build the business side of their craft

I'm Blake, and StylesSync started with the people closest to me — my mom, my wife Liz, and my sister-in-law. My mom has been a hairstylist for over 30 years, running her own business with grit, grace, and a pen-and-paper system. My sister-in-law is just starting her journey as a hairstylist, full of ambition and potential. Liz spent years as an esthetics instructor, and she watched class after class of students graduate with real skill but no idea how to actually run a business once they left the classroom. Today she takes clients here and there, mostly family, while she puts that same experience into StylesSync itself.
"I'd watch students master their craft for months, then walk out the door with no plan for scheduling, pricing, or keeping track of their own clients," Liz says. "They were ready to do great work. They just weren't set up to run a business yet." That gap between finishing school and actually functioning as a business is what StylesSync was built to close.
Watching that gap up close — and watching my mom and sister-in-law live it firsthand — inspired me to help. With a background in software development, I set out to build a tool that could simplify the chaos and bring the essentials into one place — scheduling, client management, inventory tracking, income reporting, expense tracking, and more.
StylesSync was built for them — and for the new beauty professionals who are learning how to turn talent into a sustainable business. Whether you recently graduated from beauty school, are starting as an independent provider, or are trying to build your first steady client base, StylesSync helps you stay organized, save time, and understand what to focus on next.
Our goal is not to make business feel complicated. StylesSync gives early-career providers a simple system for tracking clients, booking appointments, managing inventory, watching expenses, and building confidence as they grow from student to business owner.
